Irish Finance Minister Brian Lenihan talks to the press at the end of an ECOFIN Council meeting on November 28, 2010 at the EU headquarters in Brussels. A deal to restrict private sector burden-sharing in future eurozone bailouts was put to European Union finance ministers at emergency talks to fix Ireland's bailout on Sunday. The final shape of Ireland's 85-billion-euro international bailout was settled on Sunday, as European Union finance ministers rolled into Brussels for a show of strength aimed at markets.
