Luxembourg Prime Minister and Eurogroup president Jean-Claude Juncker gives a joint press conference at the end of an ECOFIN Council meeting on November 28, 2010 at the EU headquarters in Brussels. A deal to restrict private sector burden-sharing in future eurozone bailouts was put to European Union finance ministers at emergency talks to fix Ireland's bailout on Sunday.
