Dutch-flagged oil tanker "Alessandro DP" is seen anchored off the Black Sea port of Varna on November 30, 2010. The Karim 1, which was sailing with a Sierra Leone flag, sank on November 29 when it collided with a Dutch tanker, 10 nautical miles (18.5 kilometres) off Cape Emine.
