BRITAIN-ENT-ART-AUCTION
A gallery assistant poses for photographers with Quentin Blake's "The BFG" at Sotheby's auction house in central London on 13 December 2010. The piece is one of many that are set to be sold at an auction of illustrations from children's television and literature on 16 December 2010. The auction is being held to raise funds for the House of Illustration, a new project in the Kings Cross area of London that will house a changing programme of exhibitions while offering illustrators a place to work.
