RUSSIA-GEORGIA-WAR-MONUMENT
Russsian honour guards take part in a ceremony in Victory Park on Poklonnaya Hill in Moscow, on December 21, 2010, to unveil a replica of the Soviet World War II memorial destroyed in the Georgian city of Kutaisi in December 2009. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin took part in the reinstallation of the Kutaisi memorial, controversially razed by order of Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili. It's destruction sparked an outcry from some government critics and from Russia, which has accused Tbilisi of being "disrespectful" to Georgians who fought in the Soviet army during World War II.AFP PHOTO / DMITRY KOSTYUKOV
