Gerard (2ndR) and Arlette Taponier, the parents of French television journalist Stephane Taponier held hostage in Afghanistan arrive on December 28, 2010 at the Foreign affairs ministry in Paris with the chief of the emergency operations of the ministry's crisis center, Martine Gambard-Trebucien to watch a new video released to French authorities on December 20.
