IRAN-AVIATION-ACCIDENT
Firefighters and Red Crescent rescuers work near the wreckage of a state-run Iran Air Boeing 727 airliner late on January 9, 2011 near the northwestern city of Orumiyeh in the West Azerbaijan province. Iranian media reported on January 9 that the Iran Air plane crashed in bad weather and broke into pieces, killing at least 72 of the 105 people on board and injuring another 33.
