TUCSON, AZ - JANUARY 09: Members of the media set up on West Ina Road to cover the crime scene of the Safeway store a day after a gunman allegedly opened fire during a public event entitled 'Congress on your Corner' on January 9, 2011 in Tucson, Arizona. The suspect, 22-year-old Jared Loughner, shot U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) in the head during a public event entitled 'Congress on your Corner'. Six people were reported killed in the shooting rampage, and 18, including Giffords, were wounded. Loughner is in custody and is expected to appear in federal court tomorrow. Kevin C.
