TUCSON, AZ - JANUARY 09: The FBI and the Pima County Sheriff's Department investigate the crime scene of the Safeway store a day after a gunman opened fire on a group of people on January 9, 2011 in Tucson, Arizona. The suspect, 22-year-old Jared Loughner, allegedly shot U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) in the head during a public event entitled 'Congress on your Corner'. Six people were reported killed in the shooting rampage, and 18, including Giffords, were wounded. Loughner is in custody and is expected to appear in federal court tomorrow. Kevin C.
