TUCSON, AZ - JANUARY 09: A memorial is set outside of the District Office of U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Gifford's (D-AZ) a day after a gunman allegedly opened fire on a group of people on January 9, 2011 in Tucson, Arizona. The suspect, 22-year-old Jared Loughner, allegedly shot Gifford's in the head during a public event entitled 'Congress on your Corner'. Six people were reported killed in the shooting rampage, and 18, including Giffords, were wounded. Loughner is in custody and is expected to appear in federal court tomorrow. Kevin C.
