TUCSON, AZ - JANUARY 09: A makeshift memorial is set outside of the District Office of U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) a day after a gunman allegedly opened fire during a public event entitled 'Congress on your Corner' at the Safeway store on West Ina and North Oracle roads on January 9, 2011 in Tucson, Arizona. The suspect, 22-year-old Jared Loughner, allegedly shot Gifford's in the head during a public event entitled 'Congress on your Corner'. Six people were reported killed in the shooting rampage, and 18, including Giffords, were wounded. Loughner is in custody and is expected to appear in federal court tomorrow. Kevin C.
