FILES-LIFESTYLE-FRANCE-FILM-HEALTH-OFFBEAT
(FILES) A file picture taken on April 17, 2009 in a corridor of the Parisian subway shows a poster announcing an exhibition dedicated to French film director Jacques Tati, whose pipe is replaced by a toy windmill due to the stringent health legislation passed in 1991 that forbids any direct or indirect promotion of smoking. French politicians on January 19, 2011 voted to overturn rules that saw iconic comedian Tati lose his beloved pipe. A parliamentary commission voted for a bill that would exclude cultural heritage from the 1991 legislation. AFP PHOTO / FILES / GUILLAUME CLEMENT
