Lance Armstrong of the US (C) waits to come on stage after the final stage of the 2011 Tour Down Under in Adelaide on January 23, 2011. Australia's Cameron Meyer of the Garmin-Cervelo team secured his first Tour Down Under crown here following a dramatic last stage won by Britain's Ben Swift. Meyer took an eight-second lead on fellow Australian Matthew Goss into the final stage of the race, a 90-km street criterium in which 16 bonus seconds were on offer. Tour de France icon Armstrong brought an end to his international cycling career when he completed the final stage of the Tour Down Under.
