EU commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy John Dalli, and Hungarian Minister of Agriculture & Rural Development Sandor Fazekas (LtR) give a press conference at the end of the morning session of the Agriculture and Fisheries Council on January 24, 2011 at the EU headquarters in Brussels.The Hungarian presidency will present to the Council its work programme for the semester.Ministers will hold a policy debate regarding the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), on the basis of the Commission communication "The CAP towards 2020: meeting the food, natural resources and territorial challenges of the future" .
