AUTO-PRIX-BRITAIN-MALAYSIA-LOTUS-PROTON
In this picture taken on January 14, 2011, a man prepares panel boards with the new F1 Team Lotus logo at their headquarters in Hingham, Norfolk, eastern England . An initial hearing into the rights surrounding the Team Lotus name is due to be heard in the High Court in London on Monday January 24, 2011. The dispute is between Tony Fernandes, Team Lotus owner and the founder of Malaysia-based budget carrier AirAsia, who claims he bought the rights to use the Team Lotus name in Formula One from previous owner David Hunt, brother of 1976 world champion James and The Lotus group, owned by Malaysian carmaker Proton, which has taken a major equity stake in the Renault Formula One team thus renaming the team "Lotus Renault GP" for 2011.
