This February 1, 2001 NASA/NOAA GOES Project Science handout satellite image shows a massive storm moving across the US. More than 4,400 US flights were canceled Tuesday as a monster storm dumped freezing rain, sleet and snow on a huge swath of the country, a travel website reported.
