Irish Prime Minister Brian Cowenwaves to photographers after signing the request for Dissolution of the Dail (Irish Parliament) with Irish President Mary McAleese (Unseen) at the Aras an Uachtarain (Presidents house) in Dublin, on February 1, 2011.
