Former first lady Mirlande Manigat and popular singer Michel Martelly have made it to the second round of Haiti's presidiential election, according to official results Thursday from the election commision.The results mean that ruling party candidate Jude Celestin did not make it through to March's delayed presidential run-off, the commission said.
