(FILES) A file photo taken in April 1999 shows the former Prime Minister of the Bosnian Croat separatist statelet of Herceg Bosna, Jadranko Prlic, in Zagreb. The UN war crimes tribunal in The Hague indicted Prlic on March 31, 2004 and three other former top Bosnian Croat political and army figures for crimes against Muslims during Bosnia's 1992-1995 war.
