PHILIPPINES-MILITARY-USS BLUE RIDGE-VALENTINE'S
Students from the Sto. Nino Elementary School hold heart shaped paper to welcome sailors from the USS Blue Ridge and the Philippine navy who will paint and repair classrooms at their school in Manila on February 14, 2011 as the world celebrate Valentines Day.
