French Research and Higher Education Minister Valerie Pecresse (2ndR) delivers a speech next to Jean-Yves Le Gall (back), chairman and chief executive officer of Arianespace after the launching of the Ariane 5 rocket carriying Europe's second automated transfer vehicle (ATV-2) in Kourou on February 16, 2011.
