SWITZERLAND-NESTLE-RESULTS
Nestle chief executive officer Paul Bulcke holds one of his company's products after a press conference on February 17, 2011 at the headquarters of the world's biggest food company in Vevey, Switzerland, to announce 2010 results. Nestle posted 34.2 billion Swiss francs (35.7 billion US dollars, 26.3 billion euros) in 2010 net profits, strongly boosted by its disposal of stakes in eyecare group Alcon.
