KOSOVO-PARLIAMENT-SESSION-PACOLLI
Millionaire and leader of "New Kosovo Alliance" and the candidate for the Presidency of Kosovo Behgjet Pacolli takes part in a parliament session on February 21, 2011 in Pristina. The Kosovo Assembly today held the constitutive session of the fourth legislature, with Jakup Krasniqi being re-elected Assembly Speaker with 90 votes in favour. Kosovo's incumbent Prime Minister Hashim Thaci on Saturday reached an agreement with millionaire Behgjet Pacolli's party and minorities to form the future government. "We will work together as a state and governing team for a full implementation of the government's programme," Thaci told reporters after signing the agreement with Pacolli to form a coalition cabinet based on the results of December's poll.
