WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange arrives at Belmarsh Magistrates' Court, in south-east London, on February 24, 2011. Julian Assange was Thursday to discover if he was to be extradited to Sweden to face rape charges after his lawyer admitted that the ruling looked set to go against the WikiLeaks founder. The ruling by Judge Howard Riddle at Belmarsh Magistrates Court was unlikely to be the final word, with the losing party expected to lodge an appeal which would postpone the ultimate decision until as late as Britain's summer.
