Overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) from Libya fill in forms after their arrival at the Manila International Airport on February 27, 2011. A second batch of Filipino workers arrived home from violence-torn Libya as the Philippines' foreign secretary landed in Tunisia to help oversee evacuation plans for the thousands still stranded. A total of 168 Filipinos have so far arrived home, including a group of hotel and construction workers who landed in the capital Manila early Sunday, the foreign department said in a statement.
