CYCLING-BEL-GALIBIER
Belgian former cyclist and former 'Galibier beater' Lucien Van Impe, Belgian former cyclist and former 'Galibier beater' Eddy Merckx, former judo champion Gella Vandecaveye and Flemish Minister-President Kris Peeters look at a bicycl during a press conference about the climbing of the mountain pass 'Col du Galibier' in the southern region of the French Dauphine Alps near Grenoble, with 10 asthma patients, on March 1, 2011 in Brussels. Flemish Minister-President Kris Peeters will again try to climb the mountain. Peeters already tried to climb the mountain Aconcagua in Argentina together with 18 asthma patients in 2010, but he was forced to give up at an altitude of 4350 meters after doctors diagnosed altitude sickness. That trip to Argentina came under heavy attack in the Flemish Parliament because of his absence at the budget debate. AFP PHOTO / BELGA - NICOLAS MAETERLINCK A
