NETHERLANDS-POLITICS-VOTE
Members of the Dutch 'Partij voor de Dieren' ("PvdD") stand behind a banner as they demonstrate in Baarn on March 1, 2011 outside of the television studio where the NOS final TV debate is held for all parties to debate their programs on the eve of the upcoming elections. The "PvdD" protest because they were not allowed to participate in the debate. The Dutch go to the polls in a vote that will determine whether their government, backed by an anti-Islam party, gets a crucial senate majority or is left paralysed in policy-making.
