A handout photo taken in 1936 at HMAS Cerberus and released by the Asutralian Department of Defence on March 2, 2010 shows World War One Navy veteran Claude Choules as a Chief Petty officer in the Royal Australian Navy. World War I's last surviving combatant Claude "Chuckles" Choules will celebrate his 110th birthday on March 3, 2011 with a low-key party, his son said, describing his father as a "celebrity" who hates war.
