FIFA President Joseph S. Blatter speaks to the media during a press conference at the 125th annual General Meeting of the International Football Association Board at the Celtic Manor resort near Newport on March 5, 2011. During the AGM, IFAB has agreed to a one-year extension of Goal Line Technology tests.
