TUNISIA-UN-POLITIC
Tunisian Foreign Affairs Minister Mouldi Kefi (R) speaks with Chief Executive Officer of the International Organization for Migration William Lacy Swing (L) and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres on March 8, 2011 during a meeting in Tunis. Last day the Red Cross and the United Arab Emirates plan to build two new camps on Tunisia's border with Libya in anticipation of a fresh arrival of refugees, an aid official said. An estimated 100,000 mainly foreign migrants have crossed from Libya into Tunisia since February 20. Many have been repatriated in an international effort but thousands remain in temporary camps facing growing problems of hygiene. AFP PHOTO/ FETHI BELAID
