US Vice President Joe Biden (2ndL) invites Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov (2ndR), Sergey Kravchenko (L) and director of Boeing Russia and the CEO of Aeroflot Vitaly Saveliev (R) to sign a contract between the two companies in Skolkovo innovation center, outside Moscow on March 9, 2011. Biden is on a tour to Finland, Russia and Moldova to consult Washington's partners on global and regional issues and bolster a "reset" of ties with the Kremlin.
