Christian Richter, student at Germany's "funeral school", works on a coffin on February 23, 2011 at the school's workshop in Muennerstadt, central Germany. Trainee German undertakers are being put through their paces at Europe's only "funeral school" -- anything but a dying business in the fast-ageing continent.
