BELGIUM-EU-AGRICULTURE
Irish Agriculture, Marine and Food Minister Simon Coveney (L) and Hungarian Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Sandor Fazekas speak on March 17, 2011 before an Agriculture and Fisheries Council meeting at EU headquarters in Brussels. Agriculture ministers are due to adopt conclusions on a deal to reform the bloc's Common Agricultural Policy, the vast programof farm payments that account for about 40 percent of all EU spending.
