This handout photo taken and received on March 18, 2011 by the US Navy shows Machinist's Mate 2nd Class Jack Veselik (R) using an IM-271/PD Radiacmeter to detect possible surface contaminates on Lt. j.g. Jason Harrel, assigned to the Black Knights of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 154, aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) at sea off the coast of northeastern Japan.
