URUGUAY-ARGENTINA-HUMAN RIGHTS
Argentine Human Rights secretary Eduardo Luis Duhalde (C), speaks alongside Argentine ambassador to Uruguay Dante Dove (L) and granddaughter of Argentine poet Juan Gelman, Macarena Gelman - whose parents went missing during the so-called Argentine "Dirty War" (1976-1983) - at the Argentine embassy in Montevideo on March 31, 2011. The gathering took place to await the ruling of a trial in Buenos Aires against members of the military involved in the infamous Automotores Orletti torture center - one of the hundreds of clandestine detention centers of the military regime.
