This handout photo released by the UNHCR shows US film star and UNHCR goodwill Ambassador, Angelina Jolie (2R) walking with Patrick Mansour, a UNHCR protection officer at the Tunisian-Libyan border town of Ras Djir, on April 5, 2011. According to the Tunisian authorities, more than 200,000 have fled Libya to Tunisia since February 20, 2011 with more than 150,000 being third-country nationals. While most of the arrivals have been from Egypt, more than twenty-five others nationalities have been seen at the border, including a large number of Bangladeshis, Egyptians, Somalis and Sudanese.
