This handout photo taken on April 8, 2011 by environmental action group Greenpeace shows their radiation expert Rianne Teule monitoring radiation near Namie village, 40 kms from the stricken Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear plant. Greenpeace who are monitoring radiation levels in Koriyama, 60 km west of the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, said that levels were found to be as high as 2.8 uSv/h, which would provide the maximum allowed annual dose within 2 weeks. Greenpeace is working in the area to monitor radioactive contamination of food and soil to estimate health risks to the local population. AFP PHOTO / HO / GREENPEACE / Christian Aslund
