Austrian Interior minister Maria Fekter and her French countrepart Claude Gueant (R) talk prior a Justice and Home Affairs council on April 11, 2011 at the EU Headquarters in Luxembourg. Home affairs ministers will discuss migration and border related issues concerning the situation in the Southern neighbourhood region as a follow-up to the European Council conclusions. Ministers will also have in a public session a first exchange of views on certain points of the proposal for a directive on the use of Passenger Name Record data (PNR) for the prevention, detection, investigation and prosecution of terrorist offenses and serious crime.
