According to documents released today and published in the Italian press, Battilana and another woman Chiara Danese appeared before magistrates in Milan on April 11 to confirm accusations against Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi that he held debauched parties at his residence in Arcore. The prime minister is under trial on charges of sex with an underage prostitute and abuse of power.
