TUNISIA-POLITICS-UNREST

A Tunisian protester shows a letter by Leila Ben Ali, which was published on Facebook, as a symbol of toppled president Zine el Abidine Ben Ali's corrupt regime at a demonstration demanding Ben Ali's extradition outside the Embassy of Saudi Arabia, in Tunis, on April 15, 2011. In the letter published on Facebook, Leila Ben Ali writes to Tunisian minister Ben Dhia to ask for a change in the Director General of the League of Pilgrimage. The Tunisian justice system issued on January 26 an international arrest warrant for Ben Ali and his second wife Leila Trabelsi, living in exile in Saudi Arabia. Tunisian prosecutors want to try toppled president Zine el Abidine Ben Ali on 18 different charges, including murder and drug-trafficking, according to the country's justice minister.
