OCEAN SPRINGS, MS - APRIL 17: Lorrie Williams stands behind a substance she believes is dispersed oil at a marsh ravaged by the effects of the BP oil spill April 17, 2011 in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. Williams lives 2 ½ blocks away from the spot and says she has developed a litany of illnesses since the spill that she believes have been caused by exposure to oil dispersants. Following the spill she says she has developed lung polyps along with liver, thyroid and blood problems. Williams says other family members have also developed illnesses including her son Noah, 11, who has upper respiratory problems and can no longer remain outdoors for extended periods without becoming ill. She says after the use of dispersants began in the aftermath of the spill, “When you walked out the back door it smelled like you had your head in an old gas can. That’s how strong it was.†Mario Tama/Getty Images/AFP== FOR NEWSPAPERS, INTERNET, TELCOS & TELEVISION USE ONLY ==
