BAY ST. LOUIS, MS - APRIL 18: Brad Mizell looks on before attending a meeting for Gulf Coast residents who have health problems possibly related to the BP oil spill April 18, 2011 in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. Mizell worked on BP's Vessels of Opportunity program which hired local fishermen to help clean up the oil spill. Mizell believes he was exposed to toxic dispersants and says he has since lost 50 pounds and developed a form of Rheumatoid arthritis. Mizell says he is now on 17 medications including steroids. He says, "I've never been sick a day in my life." More than 2 million gallons of the toxic dispersant Corexit were poured into the Gulf of Mexico following the spill. Corexit is banned in all of Europe because of its toxicity. Mario Tama/Getty Images/AFP== FOR NEWSPAPERS, INTERNET, TELCOS & TELEVISION USE ONLY ==
