US-ONE-YEAR-ANN
NEW ORLEANS, LA - APRIL 19: Al Sunseri, president and co-owner of P & J Oyster Co., stands at his empty oyster shucking stations inside their French Quarter location April 19, 2011 in New Orleans. The 135-year-old family business has been forced to lay off nearly its entire workforce of twenty people, including Sunseri’s son and other employees who were longtime friends, due to the severe downturn in oyster harvests following the BP oil spill. He says BP has not properly compensated his company for their losses. Sunseri says, "I’m angry, I’m upset that they have not done what they said they were going to do. We take it one day at a time and hope and pray that we will survive." Mario Tama/Getty Images/AFP== FOR NEWSPAPERS, INTERNET, TELCOS & TELEVISION USE ONLY ==
