FRANCE-TRADITION-GASTRONOMY-CHARRIER
French Thierry Charrier Ministry for Foreign Affairs' Executive Chef looks at the menu to prepare for the MOF contest on April 22, 2011, in the kitchen of the ministry in Paris. Charrier will compete in the finals for the prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) title on April 4 and 5 in Marseille.
