Aluminium industry company Constellium CEO Christel Bories poses during a press conference in Paris on May 3, 2011 as Alcan Engineered Products (Alcan EP) announces that it has changed its name to Constellium. "Alcan EP became an independent company in January 2011 as a result of its acquisition by Apollo Management and the French Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement (FSI), with Rio Tinto retaining a significant minority stake."
