FRANCE-FOOD-BREAD-BAKING-PRIZE
A member of the Paris school of Baking and Pastry-making (Ecole de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris) Cristian Pereira sits an exam on May 3, 2011 during the 15th French traditional baguette Grand Prize in Paris. Bakers and millers are celebrating their annual bread party this year from May 9-16, with numerous cultural activities, especially for children, including a temporary village on the forecourt in front of Paris' Notre Dame cathedral.
