A handout photo released on May 4, 2011 shows a satelite image commissioned to Digitalglobe by Amnesty International taken on on April 7, 2011 and showing a cropped version of a satellite image commissioned to Digitalglobe by Amnesty International shows Political Prison Camp 15 (PPC15) in central North Korea taken on 07 April 2011. According to Amnesty International in PPC 15 (Yodok) several buildings have been added or removed compared to similar images dated 2002. In Area 1, roughly 15 new guard houses have been added.
