BELGIUM-EU-ECONOMY-ECOFIN-FINANCE
Hungarian minister of National Economy Gyorgy Matolcsy (L) rings a bell next to General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union Carsten Pillath prior to an ECOFIN meeting on May 17,2011 at the EU Headquarters in Brussels.
