NATCHEZ, MS - MAY 18: A barge moves along the flooded Mississippi River after barge traffic was allowed to resume on May 18, 2011 in Natchez, Mississippi. The engorged river is forecast to crest in Natchez on May 21st at 63 feet, some 5 feet higher than the 1937 record. Heavy rains have left the ground saturated, rivers swollen, and have caused widespread flooding in Louisiana. Mississippi, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Arkansas.
