ARLINGTON, VA - MAY 26: U.S. Army Private Philip Wong places a flag at the headstone of Sgt. Paul Dumont in Section 60 at Arlington National Cemetery in preparation for Memorial Day May 26, 2011 in Arlington, Virginia. Section 60 is where troops who have been killed in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq are buried at the cemetery. "Flags-In" has become an annual ceremony since the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) was offered to be an Army's official ceremonial unit in 1948.
